ABOUT THE ROLE
Prestige Inhome Care is looking for a Sales Manager in a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover position to oversee our sales operations and ensure we meet and exceed our company sales budget through client growth and increased service hours. In this role, you will manage a highly successful remote sales team across the end to end client journey, develop strategies to optimise performance across regions, and report on key sales metrics to drive continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meet Sales Targets: Oversee sales activities, manage new client pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to execute sales plans and projects.
  • Inspire and manage a high-performing team of Relationship Managers, Care Specialists, and Client Intake Officers, ensuring they meet targets and develop strategies for underperforming regions. Regular on-site and interstate visits to key accounts.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Analyse sales data, address performance gaps, and provide insights to drive improvements and report on ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage operational expenses, align with budgets, and approve monthly sales spend.

  • Driven: You are highly driven by not only achieving but strive to exceed targets.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in healthcare or home-based care sectors.
  • Leadership: Experience leading remote sales teams with strong organisational, client relationship, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Ability to coach and mentor teams to success.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of exceeding sales budgets and continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary education in business or management.
