Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth as the sole sales professional in our start-up. This unique role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who excels in both strategy and execution, combining leadership skills with a hands-on approach to sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies independently, leveraging HubSpot, email marketing, and direct customer outreach. Responsibilities
- Independently develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, using HubSpot for CRM and sales operations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to closing and follow-up, ensuring all revenue targets are achieved.
- Establish and manage a high-performance culture within the sales function, setting personal goals and meeting benchmarks.
- Use HubSpot to track sales performance, manage customer relationships, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct direct outreach, including calls and follow-ups with customers, to drive engagement and secure sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure operational alignment and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Organize promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in a sales management or independent sales role, ideally within a start-up or retail environment.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to independently drive a sales function.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM, sales tracking, and email marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency in managing sales operations.
- Experience in email marketing strategy, direct customer outreach, and administrative sales tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency is a strong asset, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: £40,744.00-£45,064.00 per year
