Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, establishing clear and actionable growth objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, ensuring they possess the skills necessary to achieve their sales targets.
- Identify new business prospects and drive expansion of client accounts through strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by supporting Account Executives in performance tracking and sharing best practices.
- Cultivate a strong understanding of client needs to guide the team in offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and progress check-ins with team members to enhance overall success.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to analyze sales performance data and align strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create impactful sales initiatives and incentives.
- Participate in client meetings to provide guidance, gather insights, and address any concerns.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication skills with a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Expertise in designing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to foster team development and create a culture of accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, with experience managing a sales team.
- Previous experience in the court reporting industry is essential; familiarity with the technology sector is an added advantage.
