Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, establishing clear and actionable growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, ensuring they possess the skills necessary to achieve their sales targets.
  • Identify new business prospects and drive expansion of client accounts through strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by supporting Account Executives in performance tracking and sharing best practices.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of client needs to guide the team in offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and progress check-ins with team members to enhance overall success.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to analyze sales performance data and align strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create impactful sales initiatives and incentives.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide guidance, gather insights, and address any concerns.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong communication skills with a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Expertise in designing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, with experience managing a sales team.
  • Previous experience in the court reporting industry is essential; familiarity with the technology sector is an added advantage.
