Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role will focus on expanding our reach in the TFT LCD and display panel industry and uncovering new business opportunities within sectors such as elevator displays, industrial displays, and OEM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial display and touch panel markets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, promoting a culture of performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities within target sectors like elevator displays, industrial PCs, and OEM/ODM.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide insights to senior management to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within display technology or industrial electronics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of TFT LCDs, touch panels, and display technologies for industrial applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
