As a Sales Manager at Top Victory Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our products and services. This full-time position is based in Roseville, NSW, and plays a pivotal role in our sales and account management team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales and marketing efforts for Philips Monitors across Australia, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Channel Management: Manage and expand nationwide distribution channels to enhance market presence.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet assigned sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
• Distributor & Dealer Engagement: Conduct visits to distributor sales teams, product managers, and key dealers to showcase products, present samples, and gather actionable market feedback.
• Channel Programs: Plan, execute, and evaluate monthly and quarterly channel programs to foster growth and strengthen partnerships, including managing the claims process for customers.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage with major potential customers, building relationships through strategic appointments and tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in regular meetings with regional product management and marketing teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Networking: Leverage existing networks and market knowledge to position Philips Monitors as a preferred choice for partners and customers.
• Event Representation: Represent or manage product events or conferences to showcase and promote company products.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of success in a sales or product management role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
• Familiar with sales processes, pipeline management, and customer support claims and reporting systems.
