We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The idealcandidate will have a good understanding of the UK retail, food service,and wholesale markets, with additional experience in the Asian wholesalemarket or frozen products being a strong advantage.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across retail, food service & wholesale sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK & European markets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Actively seek & maintain relationships with new customers, particularly in niche markets such as organic products and Asian vegetables.
- Expand the company’s presence in both traditional and emerging markets.
- Set & achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor & report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage the supply chain, develop relationships with core suppliers.
- Plan and establish clear programs to ensure consistent supply.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, finance & marketing teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the industry.
- In depth knowledge of the UK retail, food service ad wholesale markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with Asian vegetable products ad avocados is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed within the UK and Europe.
- Knowledge of food safety standards & regulations.
- Familiarity with logistics & supply chain operations.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly European or Asian languages, will be a bonus.
