- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for senior management.
- Be part of a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with clients from various backgrounds.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
