* Salary TBC – it’s not been defined but we expect around the £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car (Dependant on experience)

What we are looking for in this Sales Manager jobs role

* We are flexible on your industry background but ideally any exposure within Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Machinery, Machine tools or anything similar would be useful. You could have been in a hands on role moving into a commercial position or just a general awareness of any of these industry (We don’t need a full blown engineer).

* You will need some B2B, professional, consultative sales experience. The role will focus on developing new business relationships, growing on the key accounts that the business already has.

* You will be leading a small team of around 10 employees (Internal support staff and sales reps). So ideally strong leadership skills.

* Ideally you will be based across the East Midlands. It will be a remote role visiting customers across the UK with the odd trip into the office. You will require a full UK driving license.

* Someone looking to manage and develop the sales process of a small business unit. SME culture / mindset will be desirable.
