Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Sales Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales team, ensuring monthly targets are met, providing training and support to sales advisors, and maintaining quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide training and support to sales advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure fair lead distribution among sales team members.
- Conduct quality control by reviewing call recordings and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Provide corrective measures and personalized training as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and projections to senior management.
- Foster a positive and motivational work environment to encourage team productivity and job satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including KPIs, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting KPIs to ensure effective measurement of the sales performance.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in sales and sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed sales team effectively.

To perform work from home, the following equipment is required:
- Windows operating Laptop or desktop computer, less than 5 years old ( Mac and Chromebook are not compatible)
- A keyboard and an external mouse (some laptops have too many functions on the keys and the keyboard will not work with our software)
- High speed internet connected via Ethernet cable
- We use VOIP phones
- A headset with microphone compatible with the phone line equipment
- A webcam
- An adequate work space with desk and chair in which neither animals nor other people will disturb you or have access to confidential information.
The candidate must be open to work the following schedule:
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- Overtime might be required
