What You’ll Do

• Hire Awesome Salespeople: Find, interview, and bring in great new sales team members.
• Train the Team: Teach your team how to sell better and learn about our products.
• Build Smart Systems: Create easy-to-use tools and processes to make selling faster and better.
• Listen to Sales Calls: Help your team by listening to sales calls and giving advice.
• Plan Pay and Bonuses: Set fair pay plans that reward hard work and success.
• Track Performance: Set goals, watch sales numbers, and make sure the team is doing great.
• Work with Leaders: Share ideas and work with top company leaders to grow sales even more.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role.
• Someone good at hiring, teaching, and leading sales teams.
• Experience creating smart systems and using tools to help sell better.
• Great at listening to sales calls and helping people improve.
• A positive leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
• Good at making fair pay plans that help salespeople earn more for great work.
• Organized and focused on getting fast results.
• knows how to use AI to close deals and automate systems

Perks

• Salary- Start at $50,000 with commissions
• Remote Role
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST/ weekends off
