We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales and marketing of LABSA 96%, SLES, AOS, and other surfactants across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and export markets. The successful candidate will focus on developing strong customer relationships, driving sales with Tier 2 Indian FMCG companies, and expanding the dealer network across the assigned regions. You will play a key role in enhancing market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market surfactants such as LABSA 96%, SLES, AOS, and others to customers in South India and selected export markets.
- Target Tier 2 FMCG accounts, building long-term business relationships.
- Develop and expand the dealer network in each assigned state and export country.
- Gather client specifications, coordinate with the plant for sample preparation, and ensure quality approvals.
- Regularly visit clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints by collaborating with Plant QA for timely resolutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market insights.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for repeat orders and payment collection.
- Work closely with the plant to ensure desired product quality and timely delivery.
- Lead efforts to grow the market in South India by maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Perform market mapping and analysis for business growth.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, outgoing, and highly motivated individual.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in selling surfactants, soda ash, caustic soda, or enzymes.
Location: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh (with travel required across these regions).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹26,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
