Company Overview:
Our company is a global leader in delivering cutting-edge solutions for desalination, water, and wastewater treatment and reuse, serving both industrial and municipal markets. We provide comprehensive solutions covering the entire water and wastewater management cycle, including soil remediation, solid waste management, and recycling.
We are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Poland and oversee all sales and operational activities.
Your Role:
- Achieve Sales Targets & KPIs: Collaborate closely with the management team and agent network to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and Execute Marketing and Sales Strategy: Create and monitor marketing and sales plans, including website updates, publications, and organizing or participating in exhibitions and congresses.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant market information, such as legislation, competitive analysis, and market development.
- Technical Expertise: Obtain and maintain technical knowledge related to industrial wastewater treatment, particularly aerobic and anaerobic solutions.
- Proposal Coordination: Prepare, present, revise, and follow up on technical-commercial proposals.
- Contract Management: Oversee reports related to contract signing, equipment ordering, accounting, shipping, plant installation, commissioning, and start-up.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel up to 70% of the time, adhering to local and international regulations.
- Sales Support: Engage in sales support activities, including market presence at exhibitions and conferences. Generate leads and develop, maintain, guide, and stimulate our agent network.
What You Need:
- Educational Background: Degree in engineering with a focus on industrial wastewater treatment (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Industry Experience: Over 8 years of experience selling water and wastewater treatment solutions and projects to the industrial sector.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly acquire comprehensive knowledge of our solutions and understand clients’ needs.
- Self-Starter: Independent worker who takes ownership of issues until fully resolved.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Professional knowledge of English; additional language skills (especially from CEE countries) are preferred.
- Positive Attitude: Ability to embrace change in a busy sales office environment.
- Sales Administration: Proven track record in managing sales administration, including pricing and closing deals.
