Sales & Marketing Administrator
I am delighted to be working exclusively for a long-standing client of mine who through positive change and growth plans for 2025 are looking to recruit a new Sales & Marketing Administrator.
Primarily home based, 1 day a week in the office (although you can work fully from the office based on the outskirts of Exeter if you prefer), this role is to primarily support directly in Sales & Marketing administration.
The leadership is fun, personable and supportive but expect high standards within the team.
The role of Sales & Marketing Administrator
The Sales & Marketing Administrator will be responsible for supporting both the sales and marketing teams in day-to-day operations. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns, handling customer inquiries, updating CRM systems, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Administrator
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining records of sales activities, processing orders, and preparing sales quotes.
Assist with tracking sales leads, opportunities, and ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on customer orders.
Prepare regular sales reports and assist with analysis of sales performance.
Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
Maintain and update marketing and sales documentation, databases, and resources.
Support the COO in various aspects of marketing duties.
About you
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ideally marketing tools .
Experienced in administration supporting a Sales team .
Highly proficient of Microsoft
Strong attention to detail
Structured in organisation of priorities
Excellent keyboard skills
Analytical
Team player mentality prepared to go the extra mile
Outgoing personality with a reliable and dedicated work ethic.
Desirable Attributes:
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Experience in event coordination or trade show support.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
