As the Marketing Manager for Sparsh Women’s Hospital, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the hospital’s services and enhance its brand visibility. Your primary goal will be to attract and engage target audiences, drive patient acquisition, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with the hospital’s goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, key messages, and appropriate marketing channels to effectively reach and engage potential patients.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing collateral, digital platforms, and communication channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the hospital’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and content creation. Leverage digital platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Development: Create compelling and informative content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage target audiences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and medical professionals to ensure accurate and relevant content.
Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as print advertisements, radio campaigns, outdoor advertising, and event sponsorships, to increase brand awareness and reach local communities.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies and tactics.
Physician Referral Programs: Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with referring physicians and medical professionals. Facilitate educational sessions, referral incentive programs, and networking events to strengthen partnerships.
Public Relations: Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and community outreach programs. Enhance the hospital’s reputation by proactively engaging with media outlets, addressing inquiries, and managing crisis communications, if necessary.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses to achieve maximum ROI.
Team Management: Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring and training new staff members, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, operations, and administration, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and patient experience.
Compliance: Ensure marketing activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines, including healthcare regulations and patient privacy requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience in hospital marketing or healthcare services marketing is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the capability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
Digital Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including website management, social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
Creative and Analytical Skills: A balance of creative thinking and analytical mindset. Ability to generate innovative ideas and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling messages and effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including medical professionals, patients, and the general public.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the marketing team. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
