About The Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Sales & Marketing department. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team’s success by providing project management expertise across all our marketing and sales initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll manage everything from industry events and conferences to internal campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly and achieves its goals.
What You’ll Do
Be a project management rockstar! You’ll oversee all aspects of our projects, from planning and execution to post-project evaluation.
Keep us on track! You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything is completed on time and within budget.
Foster collaboration! You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay ahead of the curve! You’ll keep us updated on the latest marketing and sales trends and tools.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
Project management and CRM software proficiency (Asana, HubSpot, QuickBase).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and work occasional nights and weekends.
