Position Summary
We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support our new Electrical Balance of Systems (eBOS) division. Our continued growth has revealed the need for this dedicated role. Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about sustainable and renewable energy growth. The role encompasses facets of both sales and operations within this recently developed line of business, wherein the Sales Operations Associate would be responsible for data management, entry and population of new estimates, creation of newly added inventory items to our ERP system, and the generation of reports on supply and demand trends for analysis by the team.

This position will is remote, but must reside in PST time zone.

Roles and Responsibilities.

Create new item and transaction records in Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
Track and apply material changes from vendors, updating records accordingly.
Troubleshoot delays, emergencies, or other issues affecting timelines.
Provide progress reports and status updates to management as required.
Initiate and coordinate sales and engineering tasks for solar projects.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate estimates with supporting documentation.
Manage pipeline forecasts in NetSuite.
Communicate with management on inventory optimization to meet demand deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain) preferred.
1+ years of experience in marketing, supply chain, or sales roles.
Solutions-oriented with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $62,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
