Are You Up to the Challenge?
Reporting to the Business Operations Director in Latin America, the Salesforce Manager will provide global support to the Sales Operations team. The primary objective is to enhance productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact of the Account Management team through effective Salesforce solutions integrated with other systems.
Key responsibilities:
Technology Implementation: Oversee the management and use of the necessary technical tools and platforms, in close consultation with the IT department.
SalesForce: Administer and optimize the Salesforce environment, staying updated with new features and trends to improve service offerings.
Data Management: Analyze sales data to evaluate process effectiveness, enabling informed decision-making by Sales leadership.
Incentives and Financial Reporting: Collaborate with Finance to produce incentive reports, trends, dashboards, and sales competition analysis.
Sales Process Optimization: Develop and manage sales processes to enhance conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and maximize profitability.
Communications: Maintain accountability within the sales team by reporting outcomes, communicating wins, and disseminating relevant news.
Organization: Optimize the structural organization of the sales department to boost efficiency, impact, and performance.
Onboarding/Training: Collaborate to design and oversee training programs for new hires and existing Account Managers, ensuring alignment with business needs in collaboration with Learning & Development and SMEs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Candidates with Salesforce Certifications will be prioritized
- Be familiar with CRMs and data modeling
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large sets of data
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with some Marketing aspects
