Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Physiotherapy

• Minimum 2-3 Years Physiotherapy Sales experience in UAE mainly in Shockwave Therapy, Ultrasound therapy, Chelt Therapy , Laser Therapy, Theal Therapy & Rehab.

Skills:

• Sales skills, Negotiation skills, highest work ethics, Adaptability skills, Rapport building, Data Interpretation and Report preparations skills, Solid Communication skills (both written and verbal); Deep understanding of business principles and practices; Organizational skills; Analytical skills; Problem-solving skills; Computer skills; Presentations skills and Multi-tasking abilities.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers.

• Provide a variety of pre- and post-sales activities including seminars, webinars, instrument and software demonstrations, peer-to-peer scientific consultative discussions with Customers, Instrument and software training for all new customers & conduct field technical training & Evaluate applications-focused sales opportunities etc

Job Duties:

• Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes Physiotherapist, clinics, hospitals, physiotherapy centers, sports clubs and other health care professionals.

• Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and deliver product samples and persuading them to make purchases.

• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.

• Develop a sales plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the company.

• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

• Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.

• Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.

• Improve product knowledge and sales techniques and researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.

• Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.

• Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.

• Preparing daily report of daily activities & sales reports and submitting them to HOD regularly

• Keep detailed records of all contacts

• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with HOD

• Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance.

• Take orders and disburse receipts and follow for payments with customers

• Estimate time and date of delivery.

• Help in the installation and set-up of equipment.

• Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
