Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and managing existing client relationships. Experience with CRM tool is a must. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
There will be daily call target, demo and customer engagement. This will be measure of performance review.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Performance Metrics:
- Achieve a minimum of $750,000 in new sales revenue annually.
- Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 85%.
- Generate a minimum of 80 new qualified leads per month.
- Close at least 40% of all sales opportunities.
- Maintain an average deal size of $20,000 or higher.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, demonstrated by a win rate of 40% or higher.
- Proficiency in CRM software with a minimum of 95% data accuracy.
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs, evidenced by regular market analysis reports.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a history of achieving personal sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to team sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated by handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, aiming for a 10% increase in market share annually.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with a minimum of 100 active prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, resulting in monthly market intelligence reports.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, achieving a proposal acceptance rate of 50%.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up, maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
