Sales Representative BENELUX

Role Overview

As the Sales Representative for BENELUX, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Serravalle’s exclusive bridal collections. Ideally based within the BENELUX region to stay closely connected to our clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, you’ll be the first point of contact for our high-end bridal clients, fostering relationships and enhancing our brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across BENELUX, providing exceptional service and understanding their specific needs.
  • Order Management: Oversee all client orders within BENELUX, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Collection Presentation: Present and sell new collections to current clients and prospects, tailoring presentations to the luxury market.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the BENELUX sales strategy to drive growth.
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new high-end bridal boutiques and partners in the BENELUX region.
  • Market Expansion: Represent Serravalle at trade fairs and fashion events, exploring potential new markets.

Qualifications

  • Sales & Client Relationship Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, preferably in the bridal sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch (French and German are a plus).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends and high-end client needs.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills to convey our brand’s unique value to clients.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel and a flexible approach to work hours.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative yet independent work style.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
