You will be responsible for selling Neodonya Recruit’s innovative recruitment solution, which leverages AI to provide companies with pre-screened and shortlisted candidates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition specialists, and decision-makers in companies across various industries.
  • Proactively pitch and sell Neodonya Recruit’s services as a comprehensive recruitment solution to businesses.
  • Explain the benefits of Neodonya Recruit’s AI-driven sourcing and proprietary interviewing tool, which helps companies save time and resources by providing a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet their hiring challenges.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment and marketing teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and recruitment industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or HR-related services.
  • Strong network of relationships with HR professionals and Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
