Sales Representative

We are actively seeking individuals to join our team for the role of  Sales Representative, focusing on B2B Internationalization and Business Expansion for IT Services & Tech companies. 

The fundamental compensation for this position is a fixed amount of INR 42,000, along with a 2.5% commission for the initial payment of a contract sale, which amounts to INR 9,400 commission per sale. By applying for this role, you indicate your interest in this salary structure.

ArchGroup offers growth methodology consultancy tailored to Small and Medium-sized IT service and tech companies, even in a business landscape primarily tailored for large 

corporations and startups. Within ArchGroup, we have four distinct companies, each specializing in a unique market vertical.

In General,

Our objective is to establish a dedicated sales team in India within the next 24 months. This team will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in India, contributing to our business expansion efforts across 23 countries.

Specifically,

We are seeking exceptional High Ticket Sales Closers in India who are eager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking proposals and business opportunities.
  • Closing contracts with clients.
  • Developing new business and opportunities in the different states of India with leads provided by our company.
  • Developing business with companies specializing in B2B services: IT services, agencies, technology companies, and B2B services companies.

  • Well spoken and confident in your abilities and open to constant learning.
  • Self-manageable with the ability to identify problems and take the initiative to solve them.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling to high-level decision-makers (CEO, COO, directors).
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with value-added services is desired.
  • Experience in B2B sales.

● You reside in India and are available between 9 AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.

● Good internet connection and PC to work.

● Proactivity and ease of communicating with Tech business owners who want to grow and export their services.

● Speed ​​in learning, results oriented.

● Organization and teamwork.
