This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Motivation and Discipline: Commission-based jobs require self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively.
Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
– Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
– Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
– Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or outside sales environments.
– Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
– Experience in business development and account management is a plus.
– Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is an advantage.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
– Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Pay: $2,000.00-$2,500.00 per month
