Experienced Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission, will have a proven track record in sales, is self-motivated and likes to be part of creating a Client Centric Sales Team!

Your Role:

• Represent Affnetz’s solutions with a thorough comprehension of nonprofit operations, including donor management, fundraising, camp management, event planning, and grant reporting
• Research and identify potential customers to expand our client base.
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Build long-lasting relationships with prospects by demonstrating your expertise in addressing their operational pain points
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Continuously refine the company’s lead-generation and sales playbooks by identifying and sharing best practices for engaging with nonprofit organizations
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with client needs and market trends

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience, ideal in the nonprofit sector, a proven success track record 
• A strong desire and ability to grow a client centric sales team
• Demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies based on evolving market conditions and client feedback
• Familiarity with nonprofits and fundraising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related experience is preferred
