Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Senior Sales Executive** to manage and drive the sales of our agriculture produce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium strawberries and lettuce to retail stores, resorts, restaurants, wholesalers, and dealers. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a growing startup in the agri-tech space, with attractive commission-based earnings and a chance to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell OG Farms’ products in various channels including retail stores, resorts, restaurants, and wholesalers.
– Identify and approach potential clients, building strong relationships and closing sales deals.
– Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and sales leads.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address client inquiries or issues.
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
– Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote OG Farms India.
– Provide valuable feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in agriculture or FMCG sectors.
– Strong knowledge of retail, wholesale, and B2B sales environments.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
– Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving growth.
– Familiarity with agriculture products or interest in the agri-tech sector is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
