About the Role of Our Sales RepresentativeÂ
As a Sales Representative at CTA Logistics, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in promoting our services, developing leads, and securing contracts with businesses in our target industries.
It’s also a great time to join our team as an ideal career pathway for a more senior role, such as a Business Development Management and/or Sales Manager role.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:
A candidate who can nurture existing relationships and also has the motivation to actively pursue new opportunities with direct decision-makers, such as business owners, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the logistics, transport, or distribution sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
