We’re expanding our team in Malaysia and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive our market growth.
Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate will be a persistent go-getter, capable of running behind leads and securing business opportunities. You must be adaptable, resourceful, and confident in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Market Insights: Leverage local market knowledge to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of following up with leads and closing deals.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close sales.
- Persistence: Willingness to run behind leads and pursue opportunities with persistence and resilience.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the sales landscape in Malaysia.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies based on market conditions or client feedback.
- CRM Tools: Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset while also being able to work independently to meet sales targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in local languages considered a plus.
