We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Fitness Qualifications or Passion desired.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
