Based in our Parramatta offices, you will be supporting our brokerage clients and will play a key role in supporting our team of Underwriters.  

Reporting into the Team Leader, Commercial Packages you will be responsible for: 

• Provide underwriting support to our Commercial Packages team
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, opportunities and action requests on behalf of underwriting team in adherence to SLA’s.
• Assist with efficient turnaround of quotations, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.  
• Support with resolution and problem solving including following through research and finding for the underwriting team. 
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. 
• Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.

Skills & Experience: 

• Some experience or exposure to administration and/or customer service duties. 
• A keen interested in building a career in the Insurance Industry 
• Enjoys working in a fast paced and high-volume environment.  
• Customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.  
• A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
