Job Description: Remote Sales Specialist at CollabAuditAI

CollabAuditAI, an innovative software company developing cutting-edge tools for auditors, is seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This position is based remotely in India and will work closely with our Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our company’s growth.

Role Overview

The Remote Sales Specialist will support the implementation and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, assist in managing sales operations, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This role is vital in helping CollabAuditAI achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the sales strategy under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct cold outreach through email campaigns and direct client interactions.
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products.
  • Support the management of the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
  • Help develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the audit industry.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media presence and email campaigns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in sales calls with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and product team to align sales efforts with product development.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or audit-related products.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Experience in selling to auditors or within the financial services sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant Indian languages.
  • Networking abilities and experience in cold outreach and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
  • In-depth understanding of audit processes and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
