Our significant growth has led us to investing further across our Sales division to increase revenue, partnerships with our customers and in turn grow our product portfolio further.

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role at The Fuel Store by proactively driving business growth through outbound sales calls, be responsible for building the relationship with any potential customers followed by early account management for 13 weeks.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and initiating meaningful connections with potential clients. Engaging in persuasive communication to promote our products and services across fleet management, alongside the ability to pipeline and forecast will be a key metric.

Once an account is secured, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing these accounts for a 13-week cycle, ensuring exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships. Your ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets will be critical to your success.

Permanent Opportunity: Full Time


Basic Salary:
£28,000 – £35,000 Dependent on experience


Commission Structure:
Uncapped (Realistic Total Package OTE: £40,000 – £50,000)


Location:
Remote – Our Head Office is located in Birmingham, the expectation is only to be present in the office once per month, alongside an initial period for your induction & onboarding.
