KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Drive sales growth across the Australian Pharmacy network – spearhead GluteGuard’s retail sales network by driving our external sales force performance at a store level, while managing key account relationships to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Responsible for commercial success of external sales force – drive and maximise the performance of the external sales force, focusing on achieving sales growth and optimising commercial outcomes.
  • Manage and enhance key account relationships –   build and foster strong connections with pharmacy banner groups and decision makers – lead negotiations and communications, keeping them updated with marketing campaigns, customer engagement and innovation within Glutagen.
  • Strategically identify, plan & implement sales campaigns – with support from the Marketing Team develop both broad, national campaigns and tactical, focused campaigns – that drive awareness, education and conversion, while hitting targets.
  • Sales administration and implementation – independently manage administrative tasks, including tracking timelines, following up on promotions, and ensuring all sales activities are executed on schedule. Assist with the planning and management of trade shows and special events.

Following a successful launch in Australia, and plans underway for expansion into international markets, this is an exciting time of growth and opportunity, ultimately changing the way the world deals with the challenges of managing a gluten free diet.   

 

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be excited by the challenge of taking ownership of a new role and driving an innovative, new product to the next level. Bringing new ideas, critical thinking and strong collaboration skills, you’ll work well in a close-knit team environment while taking ownership of responsibilities and being driven to obtain targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in pharmacy or FMCG sales, including key account management. 
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to implementation and analysis. 
  • Qualification in business management, marketing, commerce or another related field would be preferred. 
  • Customer service experience. 

You should also have:

  • Knowledge, experience, or a genuine interest in health and wellness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • The ability to develop and grow relationships.
  • An ability to adapt, working in a rapidly evolving landscape and in a dynamic team environment.
  • An ability to self-motivate and at times work autonomously.

This is a full-time role, based in South Melbourne.
