Sales Supervisor (Remote)

Job description / Role

To execute monthly and quarterly sales related activities to achieve sales and collection targets, in order to grow market shares, and improve overall profits within set budgets of the assigned territory. To maintain a healthy customer relationship in trade to sustain business. To help achieve the set objectives by the Sales Manager and drive results aggressively with the Front Liners. To manage the team by motivating, rewarding while developing their skills/strengths.

• Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years FMCG or Soft drinks industry work experience in Sales Supervisor or similar capacity, fully conversant in selling and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with pre-selling operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales through continuous learning and professional development
