Infopro Learning has an exciting contract opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator for one of our leading global clients in the tech industry!
Our client is experiencing growth of their business in Europe and are excited to add this new contract role to support this growth with an experienced support person who understands sales and customer training.
Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Working hours: business hours within EMEA region time zones
Utilization: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 Months with the possibility for extension
The Sales Support Administrator will support the client’s sales teams throughout the EMEA region, informing and influencing sales staff to add customer training services when making sales of other products and services. The client’s local customer training leads who are interacting with and exploring the needs of customers, will rely on this Sales Support Administrator to know, understand and make recommendations of the best training that can be offered to customers so they can optimize their use of the client’s products and services. The Sales Support Administrator may occasionally sit in on customer meetings with the sales and learning team members to provide information and support.
The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for all customer training credit redemption, balance transfers, and course registration activities resulting from the client’s Learning Support engagements. They will leverage appropriate scheduling and case management tools to address customer needs effectively and efficiently. They will be expected to deliver exceptional customer experiences via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail that result in profitable Learning Support engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the redemption, transfer, and lookup of Learning Training Credits.
Register customer learners for upcoming courses.
Submit cases to Technical Support team to assist customers with Learning account issues.
Participate in on-site awareness events.
May align to a specific territory and/or be called into accounts as special opportunities are identified.
Remain up-to-date on new product, technology, services, and training offerings.
Leverage appropriate internal tools to efficiently address customer account challenges and provide timely updates back to the customer.
- Must have prior Sales Support experience – working with, talking to, and supporting sales people.
- Full English language fluency (bilingual in German, Central European or Nordic languages a plus)
- Ability to quickly learn the products and service offerings of a large tech company in various markets.
- A high degree of initiative and enthusiasm for helping sales teams, and inspiring them and customers to consider training and ways to make the best use of the products and services they are purchasing.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through are essential.
- Project Management and Inside Sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in Training Coordination is a plus.
- 3 professional references and a criminal background check are required.
