Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detailed oriented, and high energy professional to join our Sales team as a key member of our team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking, strong organizational, and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. This person will support client outreach and engagement initiatives. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach
  • Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them
  • Provide to the Sales team market intelligence regarding leads and prospects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary
  • Maintain CRM database and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Educating the rest of the team on optimizing our CRM and database
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably with a US-based company.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Technology proficiency: ability to use CRM systems, sales intelligence tools and other relevant technology is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linked In and ability to navigate is a plus
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
