Sales Support Specialist Virtual Assistance | Critical Power Group | United States
Position Overview:Critical Power Group (CPG) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist – Virtual Assistance to provide remote support to our sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, preparing proposals, managing client data, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in supporting sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities and updating client profiles
- Support lead generation efforts by researching prospective clients and qualifying leads for the sales team
- Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement and engineering, to gather information for sales proposals
- Track order statuses and communicate updates to clients and sales representatives
- Generate sales reports and analytics to monitor performance and identify trends
- Help create and maintain sales materials, brochures, and technical documentation
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on CPG’s products and services to provide accurate support and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the critical infrastructure or technology industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Familiarity with data center solutions or critical power equipment is a plus
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)

Location: Fully Remote (Available to work during standard business hours in the Mid-Atlantic Region)
