As DB’s Sales System and Reporting Analyst, you will bring a strong background in sales systems and data analysis, playing a key role in empowering our sales team with valuable insights. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making, helping shape strategies that fuel success across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the superuser for Sales Force Tool (Dynamics), managing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting tools like Fiori Apps, Power BI, and Ironclad.
- Define, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track and analyse commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving the Commercial Plan.
- Analyse in-field execution, providing actionable insights to optimise resource usage and sales team performance.
- Maintain accurate Trade Census, Outlet prioritisation, and Masterdata, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and tools.
- Manage the outlet prioritisation tool and ensure optimal visit frequency and reporting, supporting the Sales Acceleration Manager’s goals.
Your background and experience:
- Tertiary education and ideally 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, marketing, finance, or with hands-on analytical/systems experience.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication, along with formal presentation skills.
- Experience with Power BI and data tools like Nielsen Answers, plus a passion for supporting sales teams.
