About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Inside Sales Leader who will be responsible for ensuring our company meets its monthly and quarterly revenue growth targets. You will be in charge of delivering on our quarterly & monthly revenue goals.
- You will break down the revenue goals given by the Growth Head or CEO of the company.
- This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi(Ghitorni) for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including meeting and exceeding sales targets, overseeing customer service, and communicating with clients.
- The Sales Team Lead will also liaise with other teams to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process while developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate from top-tier schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM will be preferred
- 3-4 + Years of Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies in a high-growth startup.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in sales of medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Experience in leading a sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and drive sales growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Set up a daily sales dashboard and daily check-ins to track revenue goals and oversee the activities & performance.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ensure the minimum expected conversion rates of the sales team with a strong ability to quantitatively and qualitatively diagnose when there is a drop in conversion rates and plan interventions to fix the same.
