Position: Sales ManagerExperience Required: 6+ Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation:
- Fixed CTC: ₹3L to ₹6L per annum
- Performance-Based Incentives: 5% of total revenue generated above the team target.
- Penalty Clause: Penalties apply for not achieving the minimum sales threshold (details below).
Job Role and Responsibilities:Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales Teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions for all channels on product, policies, and market updates.
- Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring productivity and quality sourcing.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales excellence.
Sales Operations:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage business promotional activities and campaigns to boost team performance.
- Interact with customers, ensure satisfaction, and facilitate sales approvals.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture client relationships to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Address customer queries and provide resolutions by leveraging product knowledge.
- Lead customer interactions to enhance the client experience and ensure satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and enhance conversion rates.
- Submit timely performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
Deliverables:
- Sales Goals: Achieve a minimum of 1 sale per agent per month.
- Lead Management: Ensure at least 30% lead-to-demo and 10% lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Portfolio Health: Ensure the quality and sustainability of the portfolio managed by the team.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: Full monthly fixed salary on achieving team targets.
- Incentives: 5% of total revenue generated above the monthly target.
- Penalties:
- 80% target achieved → 10% penalty on monthly salary.
- 70% target achieved → 20% penalty on monthly salary.
- 60% target achieved → 30% penalty on monthly salary.
- 50% target achieved → 40% penalty on monthly salary.
- Below 40% → No salary payout for the month.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, conversion, and telesales/field sales.
- High sales orientation with the ability to manage complex client situations.
- Team coaching, mentoring, and risk management capabilities.
- Strong adaptability to a dynamic priority-setting environment.
Performance Expectations:
- Meet minimum sales targets within the probation period.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs to ensure incentive eligibility.
- Exceeding performance metrics leads to significant financial rewards.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
