The company was established in 2003 and a few years later it became a well-known expert in advanced heating and ventilation solutions of medium- and large sized buildings.
Global development brand and product offer is our strategic objective for the next years. Now you have the opportunity to contribute to it, because we are looking for a Sales Technical Representative in Hungary.
We need a person who understands business, knows how B2B sales processes work, has technical knowledge and is able to reconcile the organization’s goals with the needs of customers. The development of export sales is strategic for us, so if you are a person who wants to take on this challenge, who can take responsibility for your area, knows how important relationships and partnerships with customers, designers and investors are, but also the achievement of set goals, this position is for you!
What qualifications and competencies should you have:
- experience in B2B sales, technical consulting, cooperation with designers, contractors and installers. Experience in the HVAC industry will be an additional advantage,
- experience and the ability to build relationships with Customers, Business Partners, designers, installers is crucial for us, especially where the sales cycle is a long-term process,
- a real passion for technical consulting, negotiation and sales skills,
- readiness for frequent business trips/field work,
- proven professional successes,
- active approach to searching and developing new business opportunities,
- orientation towards effectiveness and achieving goals,
- native level of Hungarian,
- very good knowledge of English in business communication (min. B2) in order to conduct casual conversations with our company,
- driving license.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- direct support for the local exclusive distributor in the use of company solutions by assisting in heselection of devices, preparing commercial offers and negotiating commercial terms,
- active acquisition of new projects and orders for heating and ventilation solutions,
- building, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with current Business Partners, investors,designers, installation companies,
- building and taking care of a good image of the brand,
- monitoring the market, conducting and providing appropriate analyzes and trends regarding competition, Customers and product offer,
- organizing and conducting technical trainings, product presentations, seminars,
- sales forecasting in the subordinate area,
- ensuring the accuracy and quality of data in the CRM system,
- forecasts implementation and cost control in the subordinate area.
