Job Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Salesforce Business Development Associate to assist in driving our clients’ growth initiatives. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Account Executives, identifying new business avenues and contributing to the enhancement of a dynamic sales pipeline. Your role will be pivotal in guiding new clients through the onboarding experience, thereby unlocking significant revenue potential across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen new client relationships while maintaining existing ones to generate interest in Salesforce solutions.
- Support new prospects through their onboarding journey, providing insights and addressing questions regarding available solutions.
- Analyze the market to identify promising segments that can enhance revenue opportunities.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our clients’ offerings while assessing buying interest.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipeline development or sales, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce implementation and partner solutions.
- Strong sales background focused on implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products or other CRM software is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional ability to identify potential clients and foster new business development opportunities.
- Previous experience with Salesforce implementation partner firms or direct experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Proven track record in meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Outstanding communication skills combined with a driven and proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a high-growth environment and developing innovative processes and tools.
- Quick adaptability to the technical aspects of Salesforce and related solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an additional asset.

- Salary: $90,000+/annum
