Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery teams through all phases of implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support.
- Oversee daily client relationships, ensuring seamless interactions and effectively addressing any escalations.
- Conduct customer workshops and discussions centered on sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and operational workflows.
- Establish both short- and long-term project goals, define success criteria, and coordinate the roles and responsibilities of client and delivery teams.
- Drive project teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and results, ensuring timely completion.
- Engage in pre-sales scoping sessions with the Business Development team and assist in crafting project proposals.
- Promote a collaborative environment by leading brainstorming sessions, sharing knowledge, and encouraging skill development among team members.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting capacity.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accreditation) are highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in financial services.

- Familiarity with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, and Informatica is a plus.
