Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst with a specialization in Salesforce dashboard and report creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of SQL, SOQL, and experience in data extraction using Salesforce Workbench. While the primary responsibility is to build and optimize dashboards and reports, proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for enhanced data visualization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage SOQL and SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Use Salesforce Workbench for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Monitor and audit Salesforce reports to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data presented.
• Generate complex reports that provide insights into sales, marketing, and operational performance.
• Work with Tableau and Power BI to create advanced visualizations, if required.
• Support the development and automation of reports for ongoing business use.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and features to continuously improve reporting functions.
• Should be able to work on Excel to handle data processing outside Salesforce.

1. Develop comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and analyze data trends.
2. Create customized reports that meet specific business requirements, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Effectively communicate progress, findings, and insights to team members and stakeholders.
4. Leverage third-party data extraction tools to extract data from Salesforce for in-depth analysis.
5. Utilize SQL and SOQL to query backend data and extract relevant information.
6. Employ visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
7. Adhere to data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.
8. Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and data analysis best practices.
9. Continuously develop expertise in new tools and techniques to improve data analysis capabilities.
