Salesforce Developer Architect (Remote)

Currently we are launching our largest ever technology investment programme;

We are looking to move the whole enterprise onto a Salesforce centric architecture.

This role will be critical to the success of the programme and will form the start of Optionis’ plans to build in-house Salesforce capability.

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced Developer of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot
• Knowledgeable of the wider Salesforce portfolio of products and ecosystem
• Experienced at integrating Salesforce systems into an existing application landscape.
• Understanding of good development practices
• Experienced at working with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions
• Demonstrable experience solving technical problems with an inquisitive nature.
• Able to work well with non-technical colleagues and adapt style to understand the issue and recommend the right solution.

What The Role Involves

As a Salesforce Developer you will work alongside our 3rd party supplier experts in delivering the design and development of our future state platform.

Responsibilities Include But Aren’t Limited To

• Analysing and defining solutions.
• Make technical recommendations and participate in testing.
• Develop fit for purpose solutions in line with technical design.
• Ensure solutions are performance tuned and meet security standards.
• Provides effective documentation to support installation/ support.
• Cross skills team members on new functionality/ solutions
• Collaborates with the Project Manager across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Contributes to best practice for Salesforce development for the team.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States .
