Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize advanced Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
- Uphold coding standards to generate well-structured, easily maintainable code.
- Construct and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, Batch file processing, and MuleSoft.
- Efficiently deploy code using Gearset, managing version control via BitBucket and Git CI/CD tools.
- Enhance Salesforce Metadata by implementing declarative updates and configuring permissions according to project requirements.
- Refine LWC user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for improved user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders during feature reviews, solicit feedback throughout the UAT process, and drive enhancements based on insights.
- Troubleshoot and rectify bugs, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
- Stay informed on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve team processes.
Required Skills
- Coding Background: Minimum of 7 years’ experience with modern programming languages or tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, .NET, Java, PHP, C++, Python, Django, Ruby).
- Salesforce Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce (excluding declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder).
- API Integration: Proficient in creating custom code-based API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Advanced Techniques: Familiarity with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Scheduled, Queueable), transaction management, and debugging.
- Development Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset), Git fundamentals, and Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira).
- OOP Knowledge: Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and advanced software engineering principles.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record in API integrations and development tools.

- Competitive base salary ranging from (155K to )175K.
- Full-time, non-contractor position.
