Salesforce Developer Opportunity K (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing sophisticated Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our organizational requirements. You will collaborate with a talented development team to craft high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This position is fully remote with the potential for occasional travel to our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intricate Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and various Salesforce technologies.
• Ensure that your code is organized, maintainable, and comprehensible while adhering to established team coding standards.
• Construct and sustain integrations between Salesforce and external systems employing REST/SOAP APIs, Batch file processing, and MuleSoft.
• Manage code deployment through the development pipeline using Gearset Continuous Integration in conjunction with Bitbucket and CI/CD tools.
• Execute declarative updates to Salesforce metadata, including new fields, objects, and custom metadata as necessary.
• Enhance LWC user interfaces by leveraging front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Participate in feature review sessions and collect input from business stakeholders throughout the UAT process.
• Support help desk personnel in diagnosing and resolving bugs and issues.
• Remain informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the development team.

Required Skills

• Over 7 years of experience programming with modern languages or tech stacks (Salesforce, .NET, Java, PHP, C++, Python, Django, Ruby, etc.).
• At least 5 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura.
• Mastery of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Scheduled, Queueable, Platform Events) and Apex triggers.
• Experience with custom API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Strong background in Apex unit testing, mocking/stubbing, and debugging of asynchronous transactions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset and Git (branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, etc.).
• Capability to write org-agnostic code applicable to any Salesforce instance.
• Demonstrated ability to construct end-to-end solutions for multifaceted problems.
• Robust problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• A solid grasp of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and their application within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Understanding of Salesforce’s data, security, and sharing models.
• Strong database design and relationship management comprehension.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive base salary: (155,000 – )175,000
• Full-time employee status (not contractor)
