We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a commitment to delivering scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development:

• Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Build scalable and secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaboration And Requirement Gathering

• Work with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate with administrators, product owners, and other developers to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Data Management And Security

• Manage data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during imports and updates.
• Implement Salesforce security best practices, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, and field-level security.

Performance Optimization

• Identify and address performance issues, optimizing Salesforce solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and incorporate new features to enhance solutions.

Testing And Deployment

• Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and meet Salesforce development standards.
• Manage the deployment process using Change Sets, Ant, or Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

Configuration And Customization

• Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Customize and enhance Salesforce Lightning Experience to improve user interfaces and workflows.

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and programmatic development.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes in Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or App Builder are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency

What Would Make You An Outstanding Candidate

• Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools like workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects/fields.
• Experience Customizing Salesforce Lightning to improve user interfaces and workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
