Your Role as a Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and workflows.
• Manage Salesforce configurations, integrations, and updates while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Build and maintain solutions tailored to legal operations, such as client intake, billing workflows, and document automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to maximize platform utility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, client confidentiality, and legal regulations.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to improve speed, efficiency, and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We value team members who align with our core principles of empathy, integrity, and teamwork. You’ll need:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience supporting legal or professional services environments is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
