Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Expert with 5+ years of experience to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including administration, customization, and configuration.

– Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

– Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes.

– Perform Salesforce data migrations, integrations, and API management.

– Optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automations.

– Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.

– Train end-users and provide support for Salesforce-related inquiries.

– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce functionality.

– Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features.

Required Skills:

– 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration and development.

– Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.

– Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.

– Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices in Salesforce.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

– Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, etc.) are highly preferred.

Salary – Rs.50,000/ to Rs.60,000/- INR per month

Shift – UK Shift 1.30 PM IST – 9.30 PM IST (Monday – Friday)

Week off – Saturday and Sunday
