What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation between internal and external teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance using project management tools and assess risks and opportunities
• Generate and distribute timely status reports on project progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects and software implementations
• Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodology with experience in MS Project or Jira
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel and project management software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• High exposure and intermediate understanding of Salesforce technology
• Ability to work independently and as a self-directed learner
